CoStar: U.S. Hotel Performance Continues Increasing Week Over Week

WASHINGTON—U.S. hotel performance increased from the previous week, according to CoStar’s latest data through Dec. 9, 2023.

Occupancy: 58.7 percent (down 1.1 percent)
ADR: $153.36 (up 4.5 percent)
RevPAR: $89.98 (up 3.3 percent)

Among the Top 25 Markets, Boston saw the largest year-over-year occupancy increase (up 14.1 percent to 72.7 percent).

Helped by Miami Art Week and Art Basel, Miami reported the largest lifts in ADR (up 48.8 percent to $314.55) and RevPAR (up 67.0 percent to $262.16).

The steepest RevPAR declines were seen in New Orleans (down 26.8 percent to $97.72) and Philadelphia (down 20.3 percent to $84.24).
