IBIZA—Paco Roncero, a renowned chef from Madrid with two Michelin stars, will launch his latest concept, Sublimotion, this summer inside the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. Roncero will also open the Estado Puro Restaurant at the resort this season.
Sublimotion is an expansion of Roncero’s vision where culinary art and technological innovation come together to create a complete emotional experience. Its state-of-the-art systems create a vivid setting ranging from controlling the temperature and humidity of the restaurant to arranging a musical ambiance. The experience will be limited to 12 guests per night.
“We are very excited about the opening of Sublimotion and believe our guests will enjoy a culinary experience they’ve never previously encountered. We are so delighted to be working with Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza in one of the most international islands in the world,” Paco Roncero says.
“This commitment to gastronomy, entertainment, technology, and luxury fits perfectly with Hard Rock’s passion to keep music at the forefront of each initiative, as well as Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza’s standing as a music-inspired innovator in one of the world’s most renowned music capitals,” says Abel Matutes Prats, CEO of Palladium Hotel Group. “Catering to a new wave of modern travelers seeking unexpected, yet exceptional encounters, we’re thrilled to provide a journey of the sense that promotes music culture,” he adds.
In addition to Sublimotion, the Estado Puro Restaurant is another culinary offering at the new Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. The gastrobar can sit up to 300 people and patrons can choose between an area serving tapas to a section where advanced reservations are required. The restaurant also boasts an outdoor terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
