WASHINGTON—As anticipated ahead of the holidays, U.S. hotel performance fell from the previous week, according to CoStar’s latest data through Dec. 23, 2023.

Occupancy: 43.9 percent (up 0.5 percent)
ADR: $131.97 (down 0.9 percent)
RevPAR: $57.90 (down 0.4 percent)

Among the Top 25 Markets, Boston saw the largest year-over-year increases in occupancy (up 21.5 percent to 46.2 percent) and RevPAR (up 23.1 percent to $65.68).

Anaheim posted the highest ADR lift (up 14.7 percent to $190.86).

Denver (down 11.7 percent to $47.25) and San Francisco (down 11.7 percent to $58.63) matched for the steepest RevPAR declines.
