HILTON HEAD, South Carolina—The Beach House Hilton Head Island will complete a transformation of its Tiki Hut, resort pool, and new open-air pavilion. The property will also start the 2024 summer season with new programming.
“We are so excited to share the latest and greatest version of Beach House to our loyal guests and new visitors,” said General Manager Jay Wiendl. “Expect the same great beach vibes that so many have come to know and enjoy over the years, now with a refreshed look and added experiences.”
A Hilton Head Island institution that opened in 1977, the Tiki Hut is undergoing a full renovation. The new design will expand the Tiki Hut structure perpendicular to the coastline in addition to offering a new bar, fire pits, new decking, and the relocation of the stage. For the first time in its 50 years, Tiki Hut will host a weekend brunch service.
Meanwhile, Beach House Hilton Head Island will have a fully updated and expanded resort pool area. The deck will offer additional trees for shade, cabanas, and an all-new fire pit. The fully furnished cabanas each have a 42-inch TV, mini bar, ceiling fan, sectional lounge sofa, and USB power outlets.
The property will also welcome the newest addition to its event offerings: The Dunes. This outdoor pavilion located on Coligny Beach was designed for those looking for an oceanfront wedding ceremony and reception, large groups seeking an event space, and on-property concerts.
The newest chapter for the resort will also include new partners and events that will be announced following the completion of construction.
