Hotel Equities announced two promotions in finance and accounting. Hyangsoon Ha has been promoted to expand her role as vice president of finance and accounting, and Suzanne Heller has been promoted to vice president of accounting.

WaterWalk announced the appointment of Rebecca Billups to national director of sales—STAY. Billups brings experience in corporate sales, general management, and training to the company. Billups will be responsible for soliciting qualified national accounts.

Primland, Auberge Resorts Collection, appointed Will Rentschler as general manager. Rentschler joins the resort team as the property completes a revitalization of its main lodge and introduces two new culinary outlets.

Arlo Hotels announced Kierra Moore’s promotion from director of operations to hotel manager at Arlo Chicago. Moore will continue to oversee the operational duties and departments and help grow the brand.

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort announced Winfred van Workum as general manager of the resort. His recent roles include serving as market general manager overseeing the St. Regis, Bal Harbour, and the W Miami.

Highgate appointed Marla Kelly as the complex director of sales and marketing of Romer Waikiki at The Ambassador and the upcoming Romer House, scheduled to open in June. Kelly will be responsible for sales initiatives, marketing, and public relations for both properties.

Hotel Valencia Santana Row announced the appointment of Marie Mernard as director of sales and marketing. Mernard will lead operations for all sales and marketing efforts including introducing strategies to the department.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach has announced the appointment of Travis Ma as sales manager. In this position, Ma is responsible for overseeing and leading wholesale and corporate travel growth strategies.

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek announced the appointment of Clyde “Chip” Minick as associate director of sales. Minick was promoted from his previous position as senior sales manager.

THesis Hotel in Miami, Florida, has appointed Massimiliano Giua as director of restaurants and bars. Giua will bring new perspectives to the hotel’s culinary concepts while continuing the experiences already on property.

Cape Resorts introduced new executive leaders at The Pridwin Hotel & Cottages. Christoph Zbiden joins the property as general manager, and Matthew Murphy is executive chef of all culinary experiences on property.

Highside Companies has added several new leadership roles to its corporate headquarters with Phil Joseph as chief financial officer, Jeanette Roberts as general counsel and head of human resources, and Jason Fox as vice president of development.

The Resorts Companies, Inc. announced the appointment of Lee Lorimer as its new corporate director of human resources. In this newly created position, Lorimer will play a role in overseeing HR need across the company’s portfolio.

Red Oak Capital Holdings, LLC promoted multiple commercial real estate professionals. Will Flaa is chief lending officer, Jennifer Weston and Mac Culbertson are commercial real estate loan analysts, and James Myatt is commercial real estate loan administrator.
