McLEAN, Virginia—Building on its Care for All initiative, Hilton has announced the release of mental wellbeing resources designed to support its 450,000 global team members and destigmatize mental wellbeing in the workplace. As part of its Thrive at Hilton platform, the initiative will support team members across its franchised and managed properties as they care for themselves, their teams, and their loved ones.

The new resources aim to make it easy for Hilton team members to find accessible tools that support their mental wellbeing while encouraging conversations around topics such as burnout, time management, financial wellbeing, stress management, and grief and loss, among others. This latest expansion marks the first time resources are available to franchise populations, available globally in nine languages. The design is also multi-modal, meaning team members can access immediate help when they need it, or access resources over a longer period of time to build wellbeing and coping skills for the long term.

Over the course of the next year, Hilton team members will be provided with a suite of resources including:

  • On-demand tools: Always-on resources like tips, articles, and full-length informational videos available in partnership with LinkedIn Learning, and translated into multiple languages.
  • Live-learning webinars: A series of monthly live webinars on subjects such as resilience, burnout, parenting, sleep, and rest, among others.

Manager tools to help leaders support their teams: Leadership toolkits including videos and tip sheets addressing the challenges managers face in supporting their team’s mental wellbeing.
