CBRE announced that Brannan Knott joined the company as an executive vice president. Knott has experience in the healthcare real estate industry, bringing more than 15 years of experience in investment sales, equity placement, and more.

Highgate appointed Tony Machado as head of design. In this new role, Machado will join LUCID, Highgate’s in-house design and construction studio, to overall all aspects of design innovation and execution for the company’s portfolio and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts.

Hotel Investor Apps announced the addition of Matthew Polk as director of customer onboarding. Polk is a finance executive with a hospitality background, most recently serving as vice president of finance for Tourist Welcome and Main Street Hospitality.

Amadeus announced the appointment of Maria Taylor as senior vice president of marketing, partnerships, and commercial operations for hospitality. Based in Madrid, Taylor succeeds Paul Barron, who held the role for the past three years.

Kimpton Palladian Hotel Seattle named Dale Johnson as general manager to lead the property’s hotel and food and beverage operations. Johnson brings decades of hospitality experience, including several years of general manager experience at another Kimpton property.

Grand Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead introduced Kristi Cotton-Morris as the newly appointed general manager. In her role, she will be responsible for comprehensive oversight of all hotel operations and staff training.

Longfellow Hotel by Uncommon Hospitality announced the appointment of Bethany Wade as general manager. Wade will play a role in launching the project as well as leading hotel operations, guest services, and community outreach.

The Point has announced Kris White as general manager. With nearly two decades of hospitality management experience, White will oversee all operations of the waterfront resort, including marketing, food and beverage, rooms, and guest experiences.

Canyon Ranch Woodside appointed James Wardell as general manager. Wardell most recently served as general manager of the Calistoga Motor Lodge Resort and Spa, and he’s worked for multiple hotel brands, too.

Kimpton Everly Hollywood announced the appointment of Benjamin Palmer as general manager. Palmer brings experience to the role, previously serving as hotel manager for Sunset Tower Hotel.

Grace Bay Resorts announced the appointment of Carol Maldonado as the new cluster director of sales. In her new role, Maldonado will oversee the sales team across the entire Grace Bay Resorts portfolio.

Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort, shared the appointment of Hillary Francis to the position of director of sales and marketing. In her new role, Francis will play a part in enhancing the property’s commercial strategy and implementing new initiatives.

The Source Hotel + Market Hall announced Michelle Drugan as director of sales and marketing. Drugan has over 15 years of luxury sales experience, most recently serving as the associate director of sales and marketing at Denver’s Hotel Teatro.

Kim Thrasher is the new sales and marketing coordinator at LAVATEC. Responsible for managing research and assisting the regional sales team with equipment-related inquiries and price quotes, she reports directly to the company’s president.

Alisal Ranch appointed Erik Sandven as executive chef, overseeing the resort’s culinary program across its onsite dining designations. Sandven has worked and led the kitchens of hotels and resorts throughout Southern California.

Palace Hotel, a member of Marriott International’s Luxury Collection, announced the appointment of David Teig as executive chef. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, Teig is responsible for all food and beverage operations at the hotel.

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia announced the appointment of Kristen Mather as the new spa director for the Joya Spa. Mather will be responsible for overseeing the operational function and management of the spa.

NCG Hospitality welcomed two new hires. Corey Chamberlain joined the company as vice president of capital markets and Ryan Kotila joined as design and construction project manager.

The recently-opened Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe announced the appointment of two new leaders to its executive team. Michael Punchios is director of sales and marketing and Jessica Dringman is director of marketing.
