Sage Hospitality Group announced the appointment of Don Li as executive vice president of business development and head of Asia Pacific. As part of the Sage Investments team, Li will support new business growth.

Resolute Road Hospitality announced the addition of Andrea Pace-Mickley as senior corporate revenue manager. In her new role, Pace-Mickley will lead the company’s revenue and commercial strategy.

The U.S. Travel Association announced the addition of Ishma Haider as vice president, group travel, a new position that will help the association’s work to increase group/meetings travel to and within the United States.

The Alexandrian and its sister property Morrison House have announced the appointment of Tobias Arff as general manager. Arff will oversee all operations of the historic properties and work to grow the hotels’ teams.

Montage Laguna Beach announced the appointment of Armando Campos as its new hotel manager. Campos will lead all day-to-day operations of the resort including oversight of rooms, food and beverage, culinary, spa, and security.

The Preserve Sporting Club & Residences announced the appointment of David Bodette as managing director. As managing director, Bodette will oversee the daily operations of the property’s 52 rooms and suites and its residences.

ESPACIO, The Jewel of Waikiki and its restaurant Mugen announced the appointment of Gerald Glennon as general manager of the property and Wes Zane as food and beverage manager for its culinary operations.

Sonesta Hotels announced Kevin Kelly as area director of sales and marketing. In this role, Kelly will lead the sales efforts for Sonesta’s Chicago full-service properties including The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown and more.

The Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village announced the appointment of Jennifer Trapani as director of sales and marketing. Trapani will oversee all sales and marketing initiatives for the waterfront resort.

The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay has appointed Rosie Karakan as director of sales and marketing. Karakan has a history in the hospitality industry, bringing over 20 years of experience to the resort.

Commonwealth Hotels announced Wendy Worley as director of sales and marketing of The ART Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton. Worley will lead the sales and marketing teams, growing guest satisfaction, and driving sales.

Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina has appointed Cesar Oceguera as executive sous chef. Oceguera joins the property’s culinary team to oversee the conception, development, and operations for Rumorosa, the property’s restaurant opening in February 2024.

The Kimpton Sawyer announced the appointment of two members to its food and beverage team: Jim Hindman as director of restaurant, bars, and events and Megan Kohl as general manager of the Revival at the Sawyer, its rooftop restaurant and bar.

AHLA Foundation announced that Jessica Janis, director and practice leader, hospitality at Corning Optical Communications LLC, has been selected to serve on the Foundation Board of Trustees as an honorary member.

The Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired Paul Beirnes as vice president of the organization. Beirnes will have the opportunity to help take the organization and the destination into its next chapter.

Kobat, Chapman & Ozmer LLP announced Rob Schnitz as a partner leading the firm’s hospitality law practice and its expansion into the Chicago market. Schnitz’s arrival caps the firm’s years representing clients in hospitality.
