Resolute Road Hospitality Adds Two Hotels to Management Portfolio

BOISE, Idaho—Resolute Road Hospitality announced the addition of two hotels to its third-party managed portfolio. The properties, both located in Oregon, are owned by Evergreen Hospitality Development Group, a hospitality development and investment firm led by Alkesh Patel.

The addition of the Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard, located in Tigard, Oregon, and the Hampton Inn & Suites Sherwood Portland, located in Sherwood, Oregon, expands Resolute Road’s management footprint in the Pacific Northwest, where they already manage assets in Astoria, Bend, Redmond, and Portland.

“We were looking for an operating partner that shares our culture, values, and philosophy and found that with Resolute Road Hospitality,” said Alkesh Patel, chairman, CEO, and founder, Evergreen Hospitality. “We are confident in Resolute Road’s ability to deliver exceptional performance to these assets with the addition of their systems and teams.”

The 152-room Hampton Inn & Suites Portland Tigard is located amidst the hubs of Beaverton, Lake Oswego, and Downtown Portland. The property is near Downtown Portland, the Oregon Zoo, and the Washington Square shopping mall. It includes a heated indoor pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center, WiFi, and breakfast daily.

The 73-room Hampton Inn & Suites Sherwood Portland is in Oregon wine country and is positioned to accommodate both business and leisure travelers. Guests will be able to visit the Sherwood Market Center, Stella Olsen Memorial Park, and the nearby wineries, including Ponzi Vineyards, Tualatin River, and the National Wildlife Refuge, all within a few miles of the property.

“We are thrilled to welcome these two properties into our managed portfolio,” said Eric Danziger, CEO. “Alkesh and the Evergreen team are highly respected hotel owners. Resolute Road will be able to immediately improve the performance of these properties through our dedicated, strategic sales efforts and our relentless expense management practices.”
