NCG Hospitality announced Jeff Lenz, president and chief assets offer, took on the role of the company’s new CEO. During his 20-plus years at NCG Hospitality, he has been involved in the development, purchase, and management of over 60 projects.

Concord Hospitality promoted Andy Burch and Ben Haller to senior vice presidents of operations to assist and oversee the company’s expanding portfolio as the company prepares for growth.

JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform hired Jessica White as director in its Los Angeles office. White will focus on hotel value and risk advisory, and most recently served as a senior director for Cushman and Wakefield.

Grand Hyatt Vail announced the appointment of Kevin Shields as general manager. Shields will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintaining the property’s reputation and personalized service offerings.

Michael Hogan has been named general manager for the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, managed by Spire Hospitality. Hogan will serve as the team’s leader in all facets of operation, including marketing, hotel oversight, and guest services and satisfaction.

Camelback Resort named Terry Bechtold as its vice president of operations. In his new position, Bechtold will oversee and direct all resort departments, including its lodge, housekeeping, front desk, retail, and recreational activities.

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina announced the appointment of Brett LaReau as executive chef of Mina’s Fish House. As executive chef, LaRaeu will oversee all culinary operations for the restaurant, including menu collaboration.

Garden of the Gods Resort and Club named Nathan Gresham as vice president of culinary and executive chef. Gresham will oversee all food production, staff management, and menu development for the resort’s restaurants and bars.

CBRE announced Tom Ruggs joined its Debt and Structured Finance platform as vice chair and co-head of U.S. Large Loans, effective Dec. 1, 2023. In addition, DJ Elefant has joined the team as vice president focused on the multifamily and senior housing clients sector.
