Ironworks Hotel Indy: A Titan of the Industry

Ironworks Hotel Indy

The first boutique hotel to open on the north side of Indianapolis, the Ironworks Hotel Indy was designed as a modern take on 19th-century industrial charm. Leather, iron, and wooden accents in the lobby and common areas play on the property’s industrial theme, while unique metalwork and artwork adorning the walls add interest to the space.

The hotel has 120 guestrooms, including premium suites such as Founder’s Suite, which includes a dining area for up to six people, as well as a large walk-out veranda with a fire pit. Business travelers and groups can take advantage of 1,150 square feet of meeting spaces—including the Keystone, Meridian, and Chatham rooms—for corporate events as well as small gatherings.

At street level, the Ironworks Hotel Indy is also home 15,000 square feet of retail space that includes a number of restaurants. Dining offerings include the Blue Sushi Sake Grill, the first restaurant in Indianapolis to advertise a “creative sushi experience,” as well as Rize, an establishment focused on breakfast and lunch.
