Extended Stay America Appoints Vice President of Sales, Northeast Division

AndreaCHARLOTTE, N.C.—ESA Management LLC, a subsidiary of Extended Stay America, announced the promotion of Andrea Delligatti as vice president of sales, Northeast division, reporting directly to Executive Vice President of Sales Mark Mahoney, effective immediately. Delligatti will be responsible for leading the Northeast division of the company’s sales team with the ultimate goal of delivering positive financial results across the portfolio’s 176 Northeast locations.

“Andrea leads by example, with a track record of positive financial results and leadership growth,” Mahoney said. “Her detailed knowledge of the Northeast market coupled with stellar leadership skills and a tenacious sales background creates a feeling of confidence amongst the executives, Andrea’s teammates and across the entire sales organization.”

Most recently serving as Extended Stay America’s director of sales deployment, Northeast division, Delligatti earned a reputation for outstanding strategic selling processes, a collaborative leadership style designed to foster employee confidence, integrity and trust, and consistent positive financial results. She is also renowned at Extended Stay America for exemplary professional interpersonal skills, honing her ability to create and nurture client and employee relationships as a national account sales director and previous regional sales director responsible for hotels in Massachusetts and New York.

Prior to joining Extended Stay America, Delligatti held numerous senior positions with Marriott International, focusing on assessing and improving sales practices at Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, and Candlewood Hotels.
