AccorHotels has announced a number of changes to leadership roles. Sophie Stabile has been named chief executive officer, HotelServices France. Stabile has been chief financial officer and a member of the group’s executive committee since 2010. She takes the place of Chrisophe Alaux, who has been named chief executive officer, HotelServices North and Central America. Sven Boinet will act as interim chief executive officer, HotelServices France between July 1 and Sept. 30, after which Stabile will begin her new role.
Additionally, Jean-Jacques Morin has been named chief financial officer and will become a member of the group’s executive committee, effective Oct. 1. He currently serves as chief financial officer of the Alstom Group.

Coast Hotels has named Ronald W. Gladney regional director of operations for the Northwest. He began his career with Coast Hotels 37 years ago as a banquet manager before delving further into leadership roles within the company.
Raymond Soria has been appointed director of food and beverage at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. He joins the resort from Canyon Crest Country Club, where he also served as director of food and beverage.
The Partridge Inn has announced the appointment of Lloyd Van Horn as general manager. He joins the inn after spearheading operations at properties such as The Point in Saranac Lake, N.Y. and The Planters Inn in Charleston, S.C.
Scully Cloete has been named general manager of The Ranch at Live Oak/Malibu. Cloete has more than 15 years of experience in food and hospitality, most recently serving as general manager of the Malibu Beach Inn.
The Gettys Group has made two new management appointments. Kevin Gildemeister has been named senior manager, business development in the Chicago office. He previously served as national account manager at American Hotel Register. Nicole Chan is the new business development manager out of the Hong Kong office. She most recently served as director of business development and client services in the Asia Pacific market for DiLeonardi.
