Aligned Hospitality Management appointed Deborah Lahti as chief operating officer. Lathi will join Aligned’s corporate team to lead and manage the hotel’s daily business operations and supervise hotel and corporate initiatives.

MCR welcomed Sameer Mehra as chief revenue officer. With 25 years of hospitality experience, Mehra will lead the company’s revenue and sales team. Previously Mehra served as the chief revenue officer for Hersha Hospitality Management.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts announced the promotion of Jon Hodges to the role of vice president of global sales. Hodges will leverage his new role to strengthen the company’s global sales strategy, growth, and corporate goals.

Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants announced the appointment of Tommy Pho as the vice president of development for Western U.S. operations. In this role, Pho will oversee and execute strategic development initiatives for the region.

Carter Hospitality Group has named James P. Pulver managing director of its two Temecula Valley properties: South Coast Winery Resort & Spa and Carter Estate Winery and Resort, both in Southern California’s wine country.

Robert Henderson was selected as general manager to lead Camp Richardson Resort’s planned revitalization. Henderson comes to the Lake Tahoe resort from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park’s Volcano House, where he served as the hotel’s general manager.

The Logan, Philadelphia’s Hotel, has announced the promotion of Jessica Bauer to general manager. Bauer has been with the property since 2007, most recently serving as director of sales and marketing since 2016.

Kimpton Claret Hotel announced the appointment of Beth Harty as director of sales and marketing. Harty has over two decades of hospitality experience in Denver, most recently serving for Kimpton Hotel Born.

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino announced the appointment of Lanette Torres as director of sales, marketing, and events. Torres has over 15 years of experience in sales and events management.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol announced the appointment of Miguel Baltazar as executive chef. Baltazar joins the property from Etéreo, an Auberge Resorts Collection property.

Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook announced the appointment of Leonard Ventura as executive chef of the hotel, including outlets Hearth Lounge and Water’s Edge. Ventura has over 30 years of culinary experience.

Makeready announced the appointment of Daniel Dalton as executive chef at Emeline and The Ryder Hotel and their onsite eateries. Dalton will also oversee in-room dining and banquet and event catering at both properties.

Juan Carlos Peña has been appointed as chef de cuisine of Lona Cocina & Tequileria, a restaurant located at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort & Spa. He will oversee the restaurant’s culinary team.

El Encanto, a Belmond Hotel, has announced three appointments to its leadership team: Kathryn Carlton is director of sales and marketing, Alex Bollinger is executive chef, and Pornpus Sangpen Luna is head pastry chef.

Langham Hospitality Group welcomed Lawrence Ng as its senior vice president—sales and marketing. Ng will lead and orchestrate all sales and marketing endeavors globally while serving on LHG’s executive committee.

The Newbury Boston, managed by Highgate, announced the appointment of Laura Ward to director of sales and marketing. In addition, the hotel promoted Melissa Kelly to director of sales and Brittany Ostrander to director of group sales.
