HENDERSONVILLE, Tennessee—U.S. hotel performance fell from the previous week, but year-over-year comparisons improved, according to STR’s latest data through July 1, 2023.

Occupancy: 69.9 percent (up 4.1 percent)
ADR: $156.27 (up 1.5 percent)
RevPAR: $109.18 (up 5.7 percent)
Among the Top 25 Markets, St. Louis saw the highest year-over-year increases in occupancy (up 22.2 percent to 71.6 percent) and RevPAR (up 39.3 percent to $96.46).
Philadelphia posted the largest ADR lift (up 16.4 percent to $170.53).
The steepest RevPAR declines were seen in New Orleans (down 25.1 percent to $119.12) and Miami (down 10.2 percent to $112.20).
