St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort Appoints Chef de Cuisine

Stocks2The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort has appointed Dagan Stocks as the chef de cuisine of J&G Grill. Dagan’s culinary expertise and hospitality experience will bring a new dimension to the resort’s signature restaurant. Dagan will continue to evolve J&G Grill’s menu, which features renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s distinct dishes from his restaurants around the world. Prior to his appointment as chef de cuisine at J&G Grill, Dagan recently served as sous chef of The Four Seasons Resort in Vail, Colo., where he helped oversee the resort’s culinary outlets, including the resort’s signature restaurant, Flame. His previous positions includes working at Porters on Merchant Street in Decatur, Ill., as executive chef, where he introduced seasonal menus for the fine-dining restaurant; serving as executive chef of Creative Cuisine Catering in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and as chef de cuisine for food of Vail Home Catering in Avon, Col., where he oversaw the preparation and recipe development for the retail shop, as well as catering events throughout the Vail Valley.
