MADRID—Room Mate Hotels continues its rapid global expansion plans with the launches of two new boutique properties in Europe: Room Mate Giulia in Milan and Room Mate Valeria in Malaga. The Madrid-based company has eight additional hotel openings planned for 2016 in cities including Rotterdam, Florence, Rome, Paris, Barcelona, and Madrid. With a new American headquarters in Miami opened earlier this year, Room Mate will also emphasize expansion in North and Latin America, with an eye on new markets including Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston, as well New York City and Miami, where it is already present.

As with all Room Mate Hotels, Room Mate Giulia and Room Mate Valeria will offer amenities and guest services, such as complimentary Wi-Fi inside and outside the hotel, breakfast until noon, late check-out, and warm welcomes one might expect when staying at a friend’s house.
