Powered by a new app called Reputology, the popular social media dashboard HootSuite now allows users to monitor reviews on all the major review sites, including TripAdvisor, Yelp, Hotels.com, and Expedia. Businesses can keep an eye on activity for all of their locations simultaneously on one platform and customize each stream by ratings, review site, and location. By assigning a status to a review, users can track how they are responded to. Other key features of the platform include the ability to identify recurring customer issues.
