ORLANDO, Fla.—IIG, a premier interior hospitality design firm, has announced the completion of the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Orlando for Buffalo Lodging Associates. The top-to-bottom renovation includes modern updates throughout guestrooms, meeting spaces, and all public areas, inviting guests to relax and feel right at home from the moment they step through the doors.
Ron Kendall, president of Buffalo Lodging Associates, says, “Everyone I have talked to about the project has only high compliments.”
“Our mission was to design an environment that exemplifies a casual elegance: spaces tailored to be the perfect haven from the Florida sun while preserving a sophisticated edge,” says IIG President Patti Tritschler. “We created a hotel that allows guests to escape from their hectic lives and indulge in gourmet experiences, theme parks, relaxing pool outings, and all that Orlando has to offer.
The 122-room hotel’s design is inspired by Orlando’s lively experiences. The firm used a mix of weathered woods, plush fabrics, textured stones and polished finishes that reflect the luxurious, laissez fair concept. The property is enveloped in natural hues with bold pops of saturated color that were used in unconventional ways that create the feeling of a modern oasis.
