DUBOIS, Pa.—The 91-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in DuBois, Pa., is scheduled to open April 18. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Exit 101 and managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts of Arlington, Va.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites public space features an open lobby with a color palette of greens, blues, and oranges. Rooms and suites offer separate living, workin,g and sleeping areas, as well as televisions, microwaves, and mini-fridges enhance the guest experience. The living area provides a work area with an ergonomic chair and entertainment area with a second television.

A complimentary hot breakfast is available each morning in the lobby area. The hotel also offers 600 square feet of space to accommodate functions of up to 40 people.
