Eric Danziger Appointed CEO of Trump Hotel Collection

The Trump Hotel Collection has appointed hospitality veteran Eric Danziger as its first chief executive officer. Danziger, who has more than four decades of experience in the industry, is charged with overseeing global operations, brand strategy, and the expansion of the luxury hotel management company. Trump Hotel Collection’s 14-hotel portfolio includes the Trump National Doral in Miami, Trump International Hotel Washington D.C., and Trump International Hotel & Tower New York.

Danziger started his career as a bellboy and climbed the ranks to top executive roles at companies including Starwood Hotels, Carlson Hotels, and Wyndham Hotel Group. Most recently, Danziger served as president and CEO of Hampshire Hotels Management, where he introduced Début Hotel Group, a collection of lifestyle hotel brands.

The Trump Hotel Collection has four new hotels opening in 2016. “I fully believe that the Trump Hotel brand has significant domestic and global opportunities and look forward to a very dynamic growth trajectory,” Danziger said.
