Concord Hospitality Promotes Crystal Thrasher to VP of HR Services

RALEIGH, North Carolina—Concord Hospitality announced the recent promotion of Crystal Thrasher to the position of vice president of HR services. In her new role, Thrasher will lead and shape onboarding processes for new teams during hotel openings and acquisitions, implement compliance guidelines, foster positive associate relations, promote an inclusive workplace culture, facilitate learning and development initiatives, and maintain an effective safety program.

Joining Concord in 2015, Thrasher has been a member of the HR team, exhibiting leadership, strategic thinking, and an understanding of Concord’s company culture. Over her nine years with the company, she has made numerous enhancements to Concord’s HR discipline, implementing processes to ensure compliance, training, and overall workflows are more efficient. Thrasher is passionate about serving others both inside and outside the organization and often volunteers with the Girl Scouts of the USA organization as well as a local animal rescue group.
