CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Extended Stay America recently announced the opening of the Extended Stay America-Bluffton-Hilton Head in Bluffton, South Carolina. This is the fourth corporately-owned, new-construction property to open within the year.
Amenities at the 120-room property include complimentary WiFi, free onsite parking, a fitness room, a laundry room, and a lobby area with free breakfast and additional vending options. The rooms at Extended Stay America-Bluffton-Hilton Head include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetop, cookware, utensils, and dishes as well as pillowtop beds, recliners, workspace, and television streaming capabilities.
“The opening of this property shows our commitment to continuing our strategy of growing the ESA footprint across the United States,” said Judi Bikulege, chief investment officer, Extended Stay America. “The ESA Bluffton will provide an affordable and comfortable place to stay near Hilton Head.”
Extended Stay America-Bluffton-Hilton Head is located 13 miles west of Hilton Head Island in Seagrass Station, a planned development with single-family homes, office buildings, and a 46,000-square-foot medical rehabilitation center. Sun City, the largest active adult community in South Carolina, is across the street along with The Okatie Center, a 268-acre shopping and commercial center. Hilton Head’s beaches, golf courses, and boutiques are a short drive away along with the Marine Corps Air Station, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, and eviCore Healthcare.
