SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico—San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino completed a half-million dollar renovation of two new penthouse suites—the executive suite and vice presidential suite—both offering both with views of the city of San Juan and the Caribbean as a backdrop.
The 1,094-square-foot vice presidential suite features a wraparound balcony, a living and dining area, bar, and bedroom with two double beds. The 581-square-foot executive suite features a large balcony, a living and dining area, and a king bedroom. Both suites are also equipped soundproof floor-to-ceiling windows, sleeper sofas, coffee and tea service, and modern amenities such as retractable flat screen televisions.
Jorge Rossello is the designer behind the decor, lighting, and artwork of the two suites. With a vibrant and sophisticated design, the suites feature a color palette inspired by the hues of the destination including blue, orange, and natural tones. The suites’ bathrooms feature ceramic and quartz materials. The furniture and decor evokes modern minimalism, which is complemented with a pop of playful, geometric fabrics.
The renovation was finished in just under three months.
