DC Hospitality has added veteran brokerage specialist Kimberley Glover as vice president for hotel sales and acquisitions. The Atlanta-based hotel brokerage firm handles properties nationwide in all brands, sizes, and styles.
Glover has more than 18 years of experience in real estate sales and valuation, including both conventional and lender-owned REO properties. She most recently managed a team of five full-service brokerage specialists, working directly with Fannie Mae, as well as institutions such as CitiMortgage, Keystone Asset Management, Bank One, and Premiere Asset Services (PAS).
