AUSTIN, Texas and MCLEAN, Va.—Home2 Suites by Hilton has opened its 50th hotel, less than five years after welcoming its first guests, with the debut of Home2 Suites by Hilton Austin North/Near the Domain. Home2 Suites by Hilton is one of the fastest growing brands in the history of Hilton Worldwide.
In the last year alone, Home2 Suites grew its rooms’ pipeline by 67 percent and now has nearly 200 hotels in its property pipeline and another 30 locations scheduled to open by the close of 2015.
Home2 Suites’ portfolio expansion into Austin brings 135 new hotel rooms to the state of Texas. According to the Highland Group’s Report on the US Extended Stay Lodging Market, occupancy rates for the segment are at their highest levels in 13 years.

Owned by Esperanza Hospitality, LLC, Home2 Suites Austin North/Near the Domain is part of a continued trend of Home2 Suites expanding throughout the area, as the brand is expected to more than double its number of properties in Texas by the end of 2015.

Located at 2800 Esperanza Crossing, Home2 Suites Austin North/Near the Domain offers guests access to the Domain, also known as the Austin’s second downtown, and the high tech headquarters. The property is located 15 minutes from downtown Austin.
