Aptech recently appointed Jill Wilder as company president. Wilder previously served as vice president, and in this role, she will take the helm of the company and aims to tap new technology opportunities.

MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa announced the appointment of Justin Wilson as its new general manager. Wilson will oversee operations and team culture, branding and strategy, and community engagement.

Cameron House appointed Michael Lavizani as resort director. In this position, he will use a hands-on leadership approach to drive the resort team. Most recently, he served as general manager at Marine Troon Spa and Resort.

McKibbon Hospitality announced the appointment of two hospitality professionals who will lead the opening of Moxy Asheville: Dexter Hazel has been named dual general manager and Jamie Tudico has been named market director of sales.

Grace Bay Resorts announced the appointment of John Hazard as managing director of Grace Bay Club. In his new role, Hazard will supervise all operational aspects of Grace Bay Club and oversee its renovation initiative.

The Broadmoor announced the appointment of Mary Jobb as its new executive director of sales. Jobb has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and provides a new perspective to the hotel’s sales team.

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino announced the appointment of Lanette Torres as director of sales, marketing, and events. Torres has 15 years of experience in sales and event management.

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon, Vail Valley announced that it has hired Jennifer Gray to serve as senior sales manager. Gray was most recently senior national account director at The Sebastian Vail.

The TradeWinds Island Resorts announced Armando Monterroso as vice president of food and beverage. Monterroso is responsible for business strategies for all dining outlets on the two properties.

Mission Resort + Club named David Mudge as its new food and beverage director. Mudge joins the resort with knowledge of operations across restaurants, banquet facilities, and resorts, bringing a new perspective to the property.

The Balfour Hotel Miami Beach announced the appointment of Antony Awak as chef de cuisine and Alberto Montesino as lead mixologist. These new hires mark a time in the hotel’s history when it’s updating food and beverage offerings.

Edge Realty Partners announced that LeDonna Spongberg has been promoted to principal at the commercial real estate firm. Spongberg joined the company’s Phoenix office in 2021 and was most recently senior vice president.

Tower Capital expanded its team by adding Geoffrey Harris as executive managing director, previously holding roles at BMC Capital. He brings commercial real estate finance and advisory experience to the company.

Alliants ramped up its presence in the U.S. hotel market with an expanded leadership team, including Alberto Santana as chief revenue officer, Gareth Fraser as vice president of sales enablement and operations, and Aaron Smith as enterprise sales executive.
