EOS Hospitality announced the appointment of Barry Wabler as chief financial officer. Wabler will be focused on financial strategy and planning as well as serving as a leader on the company’s finance team.

Timbers Company appointed Scott Hall as senior managing director of acquisitions and capital markets. In his new role, Hall will be responsible for overseeing all business development and acquisition efforts for the company.

Park Lane New York announced the appointment of Managing Director and Vice President of Operations Niles Harris. Previously, Harris was area general manager of the InterContinental in Los Angeles, California.

Terranea Resort has named Nicholas Untermann resort manager. Untermann is charged with overseeing all aspects of the resort, including front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping operations as well as the spa, retail, and dining venues.

The Grove Resort and Water Park announced the appointment of Charles Kingston, Jr., as the resort’s new general manager. Kingston brings over 25 years of experience to the resort, having held numerous hospitality leadership roles in his career.

Lotte New York Palace announced the appointment of Jordan Howell to the position of hotel manager. Howell joined the property in June and is responsible for driving service and overseeing the property’s operational areas.

Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa announced the appointment of Omar Salinas as executive chef. Salinas will oversee the resort’s culinary operations including Lantana, the resort’s signature restaurant.

El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, has announced the appointment of Michael Yi as director of food and beverage. In his role, Yi will oversee the hotel’s restaurant, bars, and cocktail services.

Bryan Solina Rivera joined the Colorado Vanderbilt in San Juan, Puerto Rico, as general manager of its restaurant, 1919. Solina Rivera is responsible for operations of the kitchen staff, and restaurant logistics.

Omni Amelia Island Resort announced the appointment of Carolyn Horton and Karen Donatelli to its sales team as director of sales and director of national accounts, respectively. Horton and Donatelli will lead the sales team and bring meetings and event opportunities to the resort.

Springboard Hospitality hired five new executives: Jason Pirock as corporate director of marketing, Casea Rose as chief experience officer, Dan Olsen as director of digital marketing, Elena Schroth as area general manager, and Ashley Moore as director of revenue.

The board of the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau recently approved the promotion of Amy Boek from chief marketing officer to vice president of the organization. As vice president, she will retain her responsibilities from her previous role.

Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa announced the appointment of Chad Myers to chef de cuisine for Woodlands Restaurant & Lounge. Myers will play a role in overseeing the culinary operations of the restaurant including menu planning.
