Asheville, N.C.–SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville and Courtyard by Marriott Asheville, both managed by McKibbon Hospitality, have completed a series of multi-million-dollar renovations. Updates to the SpringHill Suites include the hotel’s exterior as well as all guestrooms and public spaces. At the Courtyard, renovations include rooms, the pool area, and a new lobby.

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville offers studio suites, complimentary breakfast, and an indoor pool and fitness center. The Courtyard by Marriott Asheville has a private courtyard with mountain views and a fire pit, an indoor pool and fitness center, and a variety of healthy breakfast, dinner, and bar options at The Bistro. Both hotels are located in close proximity to the Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville, and the Asheville Mall.
In addition to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville and Courtyard by Marriott Asheville, McKibbon Hospitality manages the Aloft Asheville Downtown and AC Hotel Asheville Downtown. McKibbon is also currently developing the Hotel Arras and Arras Residences, which are set to open in late 2018.
