SPOKANE, Wash.—Red Lion Hotels Corporation announced that the company has signed a franchise license agreement with Sandhu NW Hospitality LLC, the owners of a hotel in Kennewick, Wash. The future Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick is expected to convert to the brand in early April.
“This property is such a nice complement to our full service hotels in the Tri-Cities,” said Ron Burgett, executive vice president of lodging and brand Development for Red Lion Hotels Corporation. “The hotel is just a little over two years old and is in a fantastic location for both sports groups and business professionals.”
Currently the Cedar Inn & Suites Kennewick, the hotel is a 61-room limited service property with an indoor pool and 300 square feet of state of the art meeting space.
