RAR Hospitality Assumes Management of Three Independent Hotels

SAN DIEGO—RAR Hospitality has taken over the management of three properties: Wave Hotel and Crimson Hotel in Manhattan Beach of Los Angeles County and Stay Tucson Inn and Suites in Arizona.

With these additions, RAR’s hotel portfolio now includes more than 20 properties ranging from full-service to select-service hotels and boutique properties in Southern California, Arizona, and Colorado. The third-party hotel management company is set to manage strategic planning and hotel operations for all three independent properties. In addition, RAR will oversee the re-brand and renovation of Stay Tucson Inn and Suites, formerly Quality Inn & Suites Tucson Airport North.

“As leaders of the Southern California and Arizona markets, we are confident that all three of these hotels will become the first-choice hotels for travelers seeking the best locations and accommodations in the area with our high-performance hotel management methods,” said Vikram Sood, senior vice president of operations. “At these newly assumed properties, our expertise will only maximize hotel growth and guest stays.”

Wave Hotel is situated in the heart of Manhattan Beach, fives miles away from the Los Angeles International Airport and within one mile from Manhattan Beach Pier. The South Bay-area boutique hotel offers 44 newly renovated rooms, which include new beds, bathroom showers, flat-screen TVs, and hardwood floors. The hotel provides complimentary continental breakfast, WiFi, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a business center.

At the Crimson Hotel, 45 guestrooms offer a beach location minutes away from Manhattan Beach Pier, Polliwog Park, and Redondo Beach Pier. The hotel provides guests access to a range of amenities such as a heated pool, free parking, high-speed internet, complimentary continental breakfast, and a business center.

Stay Tucson Inn and Suites has 122 guestrooms in the Sonoran Desert
and is nearby many Tucson attractions including the Pima Air and Space Museum,
