IRVING, Texas—During the third quarter, La Quinta Inns & Suites opened seven new hotels totaling more than 600 rooms and marking its 500th franchise property.
The new properties are located in O’Fallon, Ill.; Paducah, Ky.; Billings, Mont.; Glendive, Mont.; Denison, Texas; Lynchburg, Va.; and Monterrey Norte, NL (Mexico).

Increased travel to these regions has created a demand for high-quality, affordable hotels especially for business travelers,” remarked Rajiv Trivedi, chief development officer at La Quinta. “These new openings demonstrate the continued growth of the La Quinta brand through its strong franchise program.”
