B Hotels & Resorts Expands Outside of Florida

WESTON, Fla.—B Hotels & Resorts has made its debut outside the state of Florida with the addition of a 101-room hotel in Savannah, Georgia’s historic downtown district. The hotel has been reflagged as B Historic Savannah and will immediately begin introducing guests to the brand’s signature elements and lifestyle amenities.

“The arrival of B Historic Savannah is an incredible milestone for us and it signifies the first of several exciting new property announcements to come,” said Ayelet Weinstein, president and CEO of B Hotels & Resorts. “Savannah’s hospitality market shows tremendous potential, and this particular hotel has a terrific location in close proximity to the area’s most renowned attractions. We are excited to bring our fresh, approachable lifestyle hospitality to locals and visitors alike.”

The new B Historic Savannah features a fitness center, heated indoor pool, self-parking, and 1,000 square feet of meeting space. Additionally, guests will be able to enjoy free wireless Internet access, available throughout all guestrooms and public spaces, and complimentary coffee and tea, served each morning in the lobby.

As part of the renovation program, which is scheduled to commence in the coming weeks, enhancements will include the brand’s signature bedding, a spa suite with customizable spa treatments, an assortment of snacks and treats for $5 each, a destination-specific nonprofit program, and a new tapas and small plate-style lobby lounge and bar.

B Historic Savannah is located nearby the Savannah History Museum, Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum, Savannah Civic Center, City Market, Historic River Street, and Lucas Theater. The property will remain open during the renovation.
