Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has launched a new rewards program, Kimpton Karma Rewards, which replaces the former InTouch loyalty program. According to the brand, Kimpton Karma is a radically different approach to loyalty. It focuses on rewarding members for true engagement with the brand (i.e. attending wine hour, interacting with Kimpton on social, visiting a Kimpton restaurant or bar, taking a Kimpton bike for spin, etc.), not just for room stays alone. It allows Kimpton to recognize each member uniquely and reward accordingly. The program gives participants more ways to get involved and earn rewards sooner. It’s a blend of tier perks, personalized experiences, unpublished benefits, and free nights.
