THE WOODLANDS, Texas—Benchmark Hospitality International has named Joe Orichiella director of food & beverage for Eaglewood Resort & Spa, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property located near Chicago. Tom Garcia, general manager, made the announcement.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Joe to our resort,” said Garcia. “Exceptionally qualified and with strong leadership skills, we look forward to his success in our food & beverage department and his contributions to our executive team.”
Orichiella brings three decades of experience to his new position with Eaglewood Resort & Spa. He was previously director of food & beverage for the Island Hotel of Newport Beach, Calif. Prior to this, he served in the senior role of assistant general manager for the Toll House Hotel of Los Gatos, California. He was also director of food & beverage for Conrad Hotel of Chicago.
Orichiella has held leadership positions within food & beverage for Hilton Hotels, Oakbrook Hotels, and Ritz Carlton, among other hospitality brands.
