Hyatt Regency Lexington Debuts Renovation

LEXINGTON, K.Y.—Hyatt Regency Lexington, located in Lexington, Ky., debuts a multi-million-dollar renovation to its 366 guestrooms, 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, hotel lobby, and restaurant, BlueFire Bar & Grill. Connected to Rupp Arena, Lexington Convention Center, and Lexington Complex shops, the reimagined Hyatt Regency Lexington presents guests with refined charm in service, space, and experience.

The upgraded Hyatt Regency Lexington reveals interior design inspired by Kentucky’s unique topography, from the rolling green hills to blue skies and red clay. Artwork depicting the state’s famous history of horse racing is found throughout the hotel. Guestrooms include workstations and a granite bath with Portico bath amenities. Offering views of the city, historic Triangle Park, or the atrium of BlueFire Bar & Grill, Hyatt Regency Lexington presents 360 guestrooms and six suites inclusive of separate living, dining, and work areas.

With more than 19,000 square feet of meetings and event space and 4,500 square feet of pre-function space complete with two ballrooms and 17 meeting rooms with flexible arrangements, group guests of Hyatt Regency Lexington enjoy spectacular catering options for ten to 3,000 people. Flexible meeting rooms are adjacent to Lexington Convention Center and the 23,000-seat Rupp Arena, which also offers more than 130,000 square feet of event space that Hyatt Regency Lexington has access to for planning events. Managed by TPG Hospitality, the new design of Hyatt Regency Lexington is a part of TPG Hospitality’s national portfolio improvement plan, which includes the renovation and in some cases rebranding of dozens of hotels coast-to-coast.
