Boca Raton, Fla.—Waramaug LS Hotels and Woodmont Lodging finished the $2.4 million renovation of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville in March 2018.
“This extensive renovation allows us to position the property to meet today’s traveler’s discerning taste and will enhance the guest experience,” Rae Salling, senior vice president of asset management at Waramaug Hospitality, says. “These significant upgrades will allow the property to showcase itself as a market leader and outperform its competition in Bentonville.”
The renovation included upgrading all guestrooms to IHG Formula Blue standards that puts sleep quality, simplicity, and ease of maintenance at the center of its concept. The guestroom refresh includes case goods, soft goods, seating, lighting, brand new 42” TVs, and window treatments, and the bathrooms have new steel tubs and decorative panel systems. The public areas have new carpet, vinyl, and lighting. The Litt Group oversaw the renovation process.
“We are confident that with the completion of the renovation, the hotel will be well positioned to benefit from the region’s enduring economic expansion, driven by the presence of multiple Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, several regional medical centers, and the University of Arkansas,” Michael Blank, principal of Woodmont Lodging, says.
The four-story, 84-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville has 943 square feet of executive meeting space–a 414 square foot boardroom and a 529 square foot conference room. The space can accommodate groups up to 50 people. Other hotel amenities include a fitness center and a business center.
