Holiday Inn Express Greenville Airport Undergoes Renovations

BOCA RATON, Fla.—Waramaug LS Hotels, a private investment group, has completed an extensive renovation on its Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport property.

Purchased mid-2015 by Waramaug and built in 1994, the three-story hotel is located on a 2.2-acre site off Interstate 85. The renovation included fully updating the exterior, the lobby, and breakfast areas including an all-new breakfast buffet. A sundry shop and business center were added, along with upgrades to the fitness center and indoor pool. The renovation was completed according to IHG’s new Formula Blue design standard. Perfect for business travelers and families alike, the contemporary property is a short distance from Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport as well as the local Haywood Mall and Paris Mountain State Park. Pets are also welcome.
