Purchased mid-2015 by Waramaug and built in 1994, the three-story hotel is located on a 2.2-acre site off Interstate 85. The renovation included fully updating the exterior, the lobby, and breakfast areas including an all-new breakfast buffet. A sundry shop and business center were added, along with upgrades to the fitness center and indoor pool. The renovation was completed according to IHG’s new Formula Blue design standard.
