Capella Marigot Bay Resort and Marina, Saint Lucia will re-open this summer after a multi-million dollar renovation helmed by the award-winning interior design firm, OBM International (OBMI).
Known for its impressive hotel designs in the global luxury resort marketplace, OBMI is adopting a holistic approach with regards to Capella Marigot Bay by intertwining modern design with a sense of place.
OBMI’s projects include the Carlisle Bay Hotel, Antigua; Hermitage Bay Hotel, Antigua; The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, British Virgin Islands; Le Royal Mansour, Morocco; and The Ritz-Carlton Palm Hills, Egypt.
Highlights of the redesign include a refurbished marina area that will include an array of international shops, bars, and restaurants, plus an extended boardwalk; new restaurants and bars, including a top-floor fine dining restaurant facing the marina and cove area; a rum cave; and the creation of an outdoor Auriga spa.
