MINNEAPOLIS—CSM Corporation has announced the promotion of Steve Schlundt to chief operating officer of its lodging and residential divisions.
“Steve has long been a key player on our management team,” said Bob Micklash, president of CSM’s lodging and residential divisions. “His loyalty, spirit, and strong work ethic are recognized by everyone in the company, and I am very excited for Steve as he takes on his new role in the company. I cannot think of a more qualified choice for this key position.”
Schlundt has had a hand in the development and operation of all hotels in the CSM portfolio over the last 19 years. As senior vice president of operations, his vision for design and renovation has transformed how CSM guests and team members work and live within the company’s hotels. Schlundt oversees a blended hotel portfolio, works side-by-side with CSM partners to develop and open CSM hotel properties, and drives new designs for CSM’s new-build and renovation processes.
