ROCKVILLE, Maryland—Choice Hotels International, Inc. continued the expansion of its Cambria Hotels brand with the groundbreaking of Cambria Hotel Tampa–Brandon. Located in East Tampa, Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon provides new lodging accommodations to the market’s mix of corporate headquarters, outpatient medical facilities, and vacation travelers.
The five-story, 102-room property is being developed by Brandon Tampa Investments LLC and is slated to open in late September 2024. Cambria Hotels are modern, offering an experience that’s tailored to the needs of business travelers and the wants of leisure guests.
The hotel will have locally inspired design and décor and amenities including:
- Guestrooms with fixtures, lighting, and bedding
- Bathrooms with Bluetooth mirrors
- Onsite dining with food, local craft beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as to-go options
- Fitness center
- Indoor and outdoor spaces
- WiFi and other tech offerings
There are over 60 Cambria Hotels open across the United States in cities such as Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, New Orleans, and Phoenix as of the end of Q2 2023.
