Alpental Capital acquired the full-service DoubleTree by Hilton Leominster, Massachusetts in late December 2023. Located off I-190, the DoubleTree Leominster provides both business and leisure travelers access to nearby businesses, attractions, and outdoor recreation throughout the Leominster-Fitchburg area. The hotel has 187 guestrooms, nearly 15,000 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool and fitness center, and an on-site restaurant and bar. Alpental plans to invest in property improvements to further the guest experience.

This investment is the 10th hotel Alpental has purchased since mid-2021, as well as Alpental’s third DoubleTree hotel and second hotel located in the Northeast. Alpental is pursuing additional expansion opportunities in select markets throughout the country.
