Hotel Equities promoted Dan Block to senior vice president of operations. In this expanded role, Block will oversee a multi-branded portfolio in the United States, driving operations and supporting guest experiences.

WaterWalk announced two new additions to the leadership team, which supports the company’s expansion of its next-generation product. The appointments include Greg Presley to vice president of franchise development and Belinda McCasland to senior director of revenue management.

Hotel Crescent Court announced the appointment of Mark Yanke as the hotel’s new general manager. Yanke will lead the hotel team and be responsible for managing the hotel’s day-to-day success.

Kimpton Taconic Hotel announced Nicholas Squire has been named general manager. Squire brings more than 20 years of hospitality industry leadership to his role, previously serving as general manager of Mill Falls at the Lake.

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts and Pebblebrook Hotel Trust announced the appointment of Sietse Nabben as area general manager of Viceroy Santa Monica and Le Meridien Delfina Santa Monica.

Conrad Los Angeles announced the appointment of its new General Manager Deepak Mehra who brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to this role. Mehra will provide strategic management and direction for the hotel.

The Heathman Hotel announced the appointment of Laura Maldonado as its new general manager. Prior to her role at the Heathman Hotel, Maldonado served as general manager of the Kimpton RiverPlace Hotel.

Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s New York announced the appointment of Karen Earp as the property’s general manager. With 40 years of experience from around the globe, she will lead the property and increase revenue and profitability.

Montage Deer Valley announced the appointment of Scott Gubrud as director of sales and marketing. Bringing nearly three decades of luxury hospitality experience, Gubrud will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s sales and marketing team.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach has promoted Regan Rosdil to the position of director of sales and marketing. In her new position, Rosdil is responsible for leading the resort’s strategic global sales and marketing initiatives.

Rick Edge has been named executive chef of Bardessono Hotel & Spa and Hotel Yountville Resort and Spa. Edge will oversee and deliver a food and beverage experience within all outlets and banquets at the hotel.

The Pierre NY, a Taj Hotel, announced the appointment of Micahel Mignano as executive chef/culinary director. Mignano has experience with Four Seasons and Taj, most recently serving as executive banquet chef for The Pierre NY.

The Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia announced the appointment of Matthew Levy as the chef de cuisine at Prado, the resort’s dining destination.

The Allison Inn & Spa welcomed Elaine Heide as its new wine director. In her role, Heide will lead all programming at the 85-room resort including the wine service at the resort’s signature restaurant JORY.

Ocean House Collection announced the appointment of Matthew MacCartney as group wine director. In his new role, he will oversee the wine program through the collection’s properties and grow the culinary and wine experiences for Ocean House’s Center for Wine & Culinary Arts.

Hotel Effie, part of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, announced the appointment of Osa Mallo as its new spa director. Mallo will oversee Spa Lilliana, including its spa treatment rooms, relaxation lounge, hair and nail salon, and boutique retail space.

The Knickerbocker, managed by Highgate, announced the appointment of three professionals to its executive team: Adam Raskin as executive chef, Mauricio Aceves as director of sales and marketing, and Christine Apergis as director of human resources.

InnSpire announced the appointment of Anne Frye to the role of president, the Americas. Since joining InnSpire in mid-2022, Frye has served as the company’s vice president of growth and business development.

Ana Henriques was appointed executive vice president, head of decorative for Hempel A/S’ Executive Group Management. Henriques joins the firm from the position of global vice president, head of global non-alcoholic business at AB InBev.

Premier announced Nick Brooks joined the team as the firm’s first general counsel. With over 10 years of experience, Brooks will deliver legal insight to support the growing firm and its architecture, design, procurement, construction, and business development teams.
