PANAMA CITY, Panama—Hilton Worldwide announced the expansion of its Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand into Latin America with the opening of Waldorf Astoria Panama.

Featuring 248 guestrooms, suites and luxury residences, Waldorf Astoria Panama was designed by the Miami-based firm ba-haus/KNF. Design features include reflective materials, exotic woods, metallic accents, and high ceilings.
Guestrooms are appointed high-definition flat screen televisions, alarm clocks with MP3 player connectiosn, wired and wireless Internet access, and marble bathrooms with walk in rain showers.
The property also features a 2,000 square-foot Waldorf Astoria Spa, featuring five treatment rooms, including a couples-only space. Other wellness facilities at the property include a 2,000 square-foot fitness center by Life Fitness and an outdoor swimming pool designed with mosaic gold tiles.
Waldorf Astoria Panama offers more than 3,500 square feet of meeting space including three multi-purpose meeting rooms and a ballroom, complemented by a versatile business center where guests can access a variety of services.
