Peachtree Group announced Jenelle Zadik’s appointment as people and culture vice president for supporting Peachtree Hospitality Management. Zadik will be responsible for PHM’s human capital efforts.

JLL announced that Adrienne (Kautzman) Andrews has joined the firm’s Phoenix Capital Markets office as a managing director in its Hotels & Hospitality division. Andrews will focus on debt advisory transactions in the Western United States.

The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa announced the appointment of Jana Smith as the hotel’s general manager. In her new role, Smith is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the 241-room hotel and its personnel.

Plamondon Hospitality Partners announced the hire of Matt Ricker as the new general manager of the Home2 Suites by Hilton Grovetown Augusta Area location. Since 2000, he has been involved in the Augusta tourism industry.

Erin Poders has been named general manager of SENZA Hotel, a 48-room boutique hotel in Wine Country. Ponders is charged with enhancing the overall guest experience and will work with its operating partner.

Montage Hotels & Resorts appointed Anne Marie Doyle as hotel manager of Montage Laguna Beach. Doyle was promoted from the role of director of sales and marketing, a position that she held for four years.

The Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Charlotte, announced the promotion of Michael Bobb as executive chef. Bobb will oversee all culinary programming for The Ballantyne Hotel and lead the team at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Gallery.

L’Auberge de Sedona has announced the appointment of Ryan Swanson as executive chef. In this position, he will bring expertise and programming to the resort’s Cress on Oak Creek flagship restaurant.

The Lytle Park Hotel announced the appointments of Chris McCutcheon as director of food and beverage and Lindsay Laubenstein as beverage manager to the property’s food and beverage program.

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis announced the appointment of Al Arce to the role of director of marketing. In his most recent role, Arce served as account director for the Disney Institute and National Geographic Live.

JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa announced the appointment of Sibylle Jenny as director of sales and marketing. Jenny will provide strategic leadership and direction for the sales team to drive revenue and implement business goals.

HOTEL DU PONT announced the appointment of Tim Paulus as director of sales and marketing. As the newest addition to the leadership team, Paulus will offer market vision, business perspectives, and leadership experience to the property.

Mission Inn Resort & Club, an MMI Hotel Group property, announced the appointment of Art Fasano as its new director of sales. Fasano will manage and oversee the Central Florida hotel’s sales division while developing revenue goals.

The New Orleans Marriott and Sheraton New Orleans Hotel announced the appointment of Rebecca O’Brien as senior sales executive and will be responsible for generating group business for the mid-Atlantic markets.

MDO announced it is strengthening its leadership team. Vic Chynoweth has joined as CEO, Andrew Smedira has been named chief financial officer, Shams Chauthani has joined as chief technology officer, and Linda Neff has been named senior vice president of professional services and customer success. Additionally, several leaders have assumed new roles within the company: Ali Moloo is chief strategy officer, Sudharshan Chary is in an executive advisory role, Ryan Smith is in a leadership role on the product team, and Niki Stone-Johnson is chief product officer.

Signia by Hilton San Jose announced the appointments of Mark Ive as general manager, Joe Alegre as director of sales and marketing, and Diana Haven as director of marketing for the 541-room property.

Durango Casino & Resort is set to open in Fall 2023 and has announced the expansion of its executive team. Ryan Hink is director of food and beverage, David Bonatesta is lead mixologist, and Aaron Losch is assistant resort executive chef.
