San Francisco Rejects Anti-Airbnb Proposal

    San Francisco voters have rejected a measure that would limit the number of short-term accommodation rentals to 75 nights per unit. If passed, the proposal would’ve been a big hit for Airbnb’s short-term rental model.

    According to TIME, supporters of the legislation say Airbnb is decreasing housing availability and exacerbating homelessness.
