Millennium Hotels & Resorts Creates New Rewards Program

SAN FRANCISCO—Hospitality group Millennium Hotels & Resorts this week launched its new My Millennium Guest Reward Program. The new loyalty program prioritizes simplicity, inclusivity, value, immediacy, and access for guests by implementing a single-tier membership and offering new member privileges. Those privileges enable guests to redeem more than a hundred rewards, from room upgrades and hotel nights, to shopping experiences with like-minded brands worldwide, such as Spotify, Uber, Apple, Marks & Spencer, and Macy’s.

The key features of the new My Millennium Guest Reward Program will include:

  • Member-exclusive rate
  • Points double every 10 nights, equivalent of a free night for every 10 paid
  • Celebration treats on birthdays and other special occasions
  • Enhanced stay experience using My Points, available on the point of booking, such as room upgrades, discounted amenities and services, and immediately redeemable digital vouchers

“These touches will enhance members’ journeys not just within the hotel stay, but throughout their interaction with us. “The new My Millennium Guest Reward Program aims to satisfy our members’ evolving travel needs and enhance their journey by introducing a simplified, single-tier loyalty program with more lifestyle rewards, in line with our aim to provide guests with new experiences at every opportunity,” Kermarrec continued. “As part of this loyalty program, we have designed the rewards to personalize and maximize members’ travel experiences allowing them to choose benefits that are important to them.”

A selection of lifestyle rewards have been added to the platform, including shopping vouchers at Apple Store, Google Play, Amazon, and Marks & Spencer. The program will also offer exclusive experiences with a wide range of partners, including Chelsea Football Club and Hudson Theatre.
