SAINT LOUIS—St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator, and developer, Midas Hospitality announced the development and management of a new Residence Inn by Marriott in Dublin, Ohio.
The hotel is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter of 2013. Midas Hospitality has already begun to clear the site where an abandoned hotel existed. The $13 million, 4-story project will include 100-suites, an indoor pool, sport court, outdoor social area, and 500 square feet of meeting space.
Guestrooms feature spaces for living, working, eating and sleeping, and include 37-inch televisions and high-speed Internet. The full kitchens come with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The property’s public lounge area will provide high definition television and free wireless Internet. Outdoor spaces will serve as open-air living rooms with seating and barbecue grills.
