Magnuson Reports 250th Wyndham Franchise Conversion

LONDON, U.K. and SPOKANE, Wash.—Magnuson Hotels announced today its 250th Wyndham franchise conversion, the Magnuson Grand Hotel Maingate West at Orlando, Fla. The 444-room hotel was formerly the Ramada Maingate.

The Kissimmee, Fla., hotel is situated just one mile from the main gate of Walt Disney World. Other nearby attractions include Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, and Wet n’ Wild.

Driving the rapid growth of conversions to the Magnuson brand are Magnuson’s growing consumer awareness and recent certification to the U.S. Franchise Registry, the national listing of brands approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Total 2014 YTD Magnuson Hotels brand growth has risen 40 percent over same period 2013.
